so, why "the glue", right? well, it came about almost four years ago while at work, with a running joke that I was the one that "held the place together" and well, with the help of a mischievous friend/co-worker, he added to my name in our company's email directory to include "the glue" and well, there you have it; just kinda stuck and still gets me recognized by it.
of course, the main reason is 'cuz chicks dig it.
